Frequently Asked Questions
Are there academic discounts for NYU students and faculty?

Yes, NYU Courant students and faculty are eligible for free admission with advanced registration (no at-the-door admissions without prior registration).  To register, please email your name and department to ialdridge@BigDataFinanceConference.com from your current NYU account.  We reserve the right to cross-check NYU status.

Are there academic discounts available to students and faculty outside of NYU?

Due to the popularity of the event, we are regretfully unable to offer academic discounts.

What payment types do you accept?

All payments are processed via EventBrite. You may also pay at the door via EventBrite, but the day-of-the event prices are usually higher than pre-reserved seats. Also, we may turn away last-minute attendees if the seats sell out — we are governed by strict NYC fire codes and cannot accept more than a certain number of attendees. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I get a refund on my tickets?

All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us, in which case we will always make a full refund.
